Director
Erin Roman
Erin serves as the director of SFP since November 2025. Before that, she joined SFP as a Fellow through a collaboration with the School for Moral Ambition. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Economics from KU Leuven, with a specialization in Value-Based Health Care. With a strong background in Finance and Economics, Erin has spent the seven years working in academia, working on research with a keen eye on how research can be used to impact policy positively.
