Before joining SFP as Policy and Communications Manager, from 2017, Lilia worked as Executive Director of Advocacy Centre “LIFE”, SFP Coalition partner. She helped to further build the leadership of “LIFE” in the European and global tobacco control arena. Lilia and the “LIFE” team worked on passing the law on Tobacco Products Directive that was adopted in 2021, conducted successful advocacy campaigns on the passage of the 7-year annual tobacco tax increases, tax harmonization across tobacco products categories, and led mass media campaigns to support policy changes in Ukraine.

Murielle Chiltz joined SFP in September 2013 as a Finance Manager. Previously she worked in the same position at the European Public Health Alliance (EPHA) for 5 years.

Caren Willig joined the Smoke Free Partnership (SFP) in March 2015 as a part-time Operations Manager. Previously, Caren worked at the British Film Institute (BFI) in London for over 12 years as an Education Officer, Project Manager, and Researcher.

Chloé Momas joined SFP in April 2022 as Policy Officer. Prior to joining the SFP team, she was working in advocacy on consumers, transparency and sustainability at The Good Lobby. Before that, she had developed strong knowledge of the EU policy landscape while working at the European Council and Strategic Planning unit of the Council of the European Union. Other professional experiences have led her to work in public relations, public affairs, and with national and local politicians in 5 countries.

Francesco is a communications enthusiast with a background in diplomacy and EU public affairs. Before joining SFP, he worked as Research Executive in the Energy & Climate team at Rud Pedersen Public Affairs in Brussels. Prior, Francesco worked as Press and Public Diplomacy Trainee at the Delegation of the European Union to the United States, in Washington D.C., and interned in the Public Diplomacy and Policy Research department at the Australian Embassy in Brussels. He holds a BA in Social Sciences from the University of Milan, a pre-Master’s in European Studies from Maastricht University and an MSc in Public Policy from the United Nations University-MERIT.
