Erin serves as the director SFP since November 2025. Before that, she joined SFP as a Fellow through a collaboration with the School for Moral Ambition. 

Murielle Chiltz joined SFP in September 2013 as a part time HR & Finance Manager. She manages all the finance of the organisation; prepares financial procedures, yearly budgets, projects budgets, deals with the accountancy and implement financial reporting on projects and grants, etc…  She is also in charge of all legal, practical and financial aspects of the organisation’s human resources. 

Raquel Venâncio holds a master degree in Political Science and International Relations from the Catholica University in Lisbon, Portugal. Previously, she was the Head of the Directorate for International Judicial Cooperation and Human Rights Portfolio at IPS_Innovative Prison Systems (a boutique research) where she designed and collaborated on several EU- co-funded projects. 

Gijs started as an intern at Smoke Free Partnership as an extension of his study programme. He studied European Studies, where he specialised in Political Communication and Strategic Advocacy. In addition, he wrote a thesis research about amplifying the impact of NGOs on European policy.

Sara joined SFP as an Intern in September 2025 and currently serves as Junior Policy and Communication Officer. She holds a Master’s degree in European and Global Studies from the University of Padua, where she also obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, International Relations, and Human Rights.

Henry supports the work of the Smoke Free Partnership as a Policy and Research Consultant. He joined SFP in September 2025 as a School for Moral Ambition-funded Tobacco Free Future Fellow. 

Siim joined the Smoke Free Partnership in September 2026 as a Tobacco Free Future Fellow through a collaboration with the School for Moral Ambition. He focuses on network engagement and coalition alignment across SFP’s European partners. He brings over a decade of operational leadership and scaling experience across healthcare, high-growth technology, and leadership advisory.
