This factsheet identifies key facts and questions arising out of the current negotiations to renew the 2004 PMI Agreement.
In 2004, the European Commission and ten EU Member States reached a twelve year agreement with Philip Morris International (PMI) to tackle the problem of illicit trade in tobacco products. SFP has created a Factsheet identifying key facts and questions arising out of the current `exploratory meetings` for possible renewal of the 2004 PMI Agreement.
The Factsheet is currently available in English, French, German, Czech, Romanian, Dutch and Spanish. Please download all the versions below.
