This toolkit aims to support SFP Coalition Partners and other CSOs working on public health and tobacco control in developing and implementing advocacy campaigns to influence national tobacco tax policy. 

In particular, the toolkit aims to provide the necessary practical tools, arguments, and facts to support a successful and coordinated advocacy campaign for the revision of the EU Tobacco Tax Directive (EU TTD). While this is an immediate and specific focus, this toolkit is applicable and valid for similar advocacy campaigns carried out at the national level.
