Rana Orhan has recently joined the Smoke Free Partnership (SFP) as trainee, as part of the European Solidarity Corps. After finishing a bachelor's degree in Medicine, Rana developed themselves in the field of European Public Health as a double degree master's student at the University of Sheffield and Maastricht University, specialising in European public health governance. They graduated with distinction and defended their thesis on climate action by European public health schools, showing their great interest in (corporate) social responsibility. As the Public Health Director of the European Medical Students' Association (EMSA), Rana worked on healthy lifestyle choices, a healthy environment and the role that youth play in ensuring these matters in national and European health policy.
