Claire Clément joined the Smoke Free Partnership (SFP) in January 2019 as trainee, as part of the European Solidarity Corps. Before joining the team, she interned for the Framework convention on Tobacco Control (FCTC) Secretariat. She worked on the overall organisation of the eighth Conference of the Parties to the WHO FCTC and the first Meeting of the Parties to the Protocol to Elimate Illicit Trade on Tobacco Products in 2018.
Claire studied Political Sciences and International Relations. She graduated from Lyon University in Project Management for Non Governmental Organisations (NGO) and Inter-Governmental Organisations (IGO). After a first master thesis on the Tunisian migrants in France and the Jasmine Revolution defended in Paris Sorbonne, she did a second one on the relations between the WHO FCTC and the World Health Organisation.
