*Enforcement of the law may be an issue here. According to a May 2010 eurobarometer survey, in 2009 only 58% of those working indoors said that they were never or almost never exposed to tobacco at the workplace. However, the situation may improve following the implementation of the new smoke-free law in January 2011.
