The 2001 Tobacco Products Directive (TPD) was the first piece of major EU legislation regulating tobacco products. In the light of its revision, the Smoke Free Partnership is setting out what it wants to see in a new TPD; namely, compulsory graphic warnings and standardised packaging on all cigarette packs.
